Outsource your Article Writing
Submitting articles to directories can be a very effective way of getting good quality backlinks, and traffic, to your site, but don't worry, you don't have to write the articles yourself, you can outsource the whole process.
We use two sites to source our article writers, Elance and RentaCoder. Simply sing up for a free account with them and post a "job" with details specifying how many articles you want written, the length of the articles, the time scale they are required in and the format they should be delivered in.
You will probably end up with dozens of writers bidding for your work, but make sure you check example of their work before you choose one, as the quality of the writing can vary a great deal. You should expect to pay at least $6 per 500 word article

Article Submission
Once you have your articles you should not just be using them for content on your site, but also to get backlinks for your site
This is another fairly simple process that can be outsourced, just post another "job" on Elance or RentaCoder (see above) for "Aritlce Submissions".
You can also get some software to help with the process and speed things up. There's a wide variety of Article Submission programs availabel and, as always, they vary a great deal in both cost and quality. Directory Submissions
Getting your website submitted to Free Website Directories can also give you a host of backlinks, but it is a slow and boring task, unless you get someone else to do it for you.

Blog Comment Posting
Posting comments on Blogs can be a good way of boosting the number of backlinks you have to your site, but it can be a bit of a pain to do yourself as it's quite time consuming. We've use a very cool blog comment submission tool called Blog Commentor Lite. Of course we get the actual work outsourced so it's a hands off process, but the point is it's so simple to use it's very easy to outsource it.
Posting meaningful and topical comments to blogs is far less likely to get the comments removed as spam, so it's well worth outsourcing this task. You can easily end up with a whole stack of PR 4, 5, 6 or higher backlinks to your site quite quickly, boosting your sites rank.
Part of the beauty of this BlogCommentor is that it allows you to search for blogs by keywords, so they are relevant to your site, increasing their value..
